Amela Pharmacy offers pickup and delivery support where available. Fulfilment depends on stock availability, customer confirmation, delivery location, the supplying branch, and the nature of the product ordered.
Order Review and Confirmation
- Orders may be reviewed before dispatch to confirm availability, contact details, price, and fulfilment method.
- Prescription requests and regulated items may require pharmacist review or additional verification before fulfilment.
- If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, partial fulfilment, delayed fulfilment, pickup option, or cancellation as appropriate.
Delivery Coverage
Delivery is offered for locations we can reasonably service from our operating areas in Uyo and Eket, and nearby areas where available. Some items or locations may be pickup-only.
Delivery Time and Fees
Delivery timing and charges depend on your location, order size, stock position, branch availability, and operational conditions. The applicable delivery arrangement will be confirmed at checkout, during order review, or before dispatch.
Customer Responsibilities
- Please provide accurate phone, address, and order information.
- Please remain reachable for confirmation or delivery coordination.
- Please inspect your order promptly on receipt and report any issue as soon as possible.
Delays and Exceptions
Weather, traffic, stock issues, operational constraints, verification requirements, or events outside our control may affect fulfilment timing. If a significant delay occurs, we will do our best to contact you and discuss the next step.
