Nugel-O Anaesthetic Antacid Suspension is a sugar-free, mint-flavoured oral suspension supplied in a 200 ml bottle for acid-related stomach discomfort and gas symptoms.
Each 5 ml contains alginic acid 70 mg, dried aluminium hydroxide 85 mg, magnesium hydroxide 85 mg, magnesium trisilicate 85 mg, simethicone 50 mg, and oxetacaine 10 mg, combining antacid and antiflatulent components with a local anaesthetic ingredient.
