Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate branch operations, staff schedules, and customer-service standards.
- Keep price updates, inventory movements, and expiry controls current.
- Review branch performance and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate material issues.
- Coach team members and enforce company policies and SOPs.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of branch operations and Omega/POS workflow.
- Good communication, organization, and delegation capability.
- Ability to interpret performance data and act on trends.
