Appetite stimulant vitamin syrup (200 ml)
Apetamin Syrup is commonly used to help stimulate appetite. It contains cyproheptadine (an antihistamine) plus L-lysine and B vitamins.

Composition (per 5 mL, per label)
Cyproheptadine HCl 2 mg; L-Lysine HCl 150 mg; Thiamine (B1) 2 mg; Pyridoxine (B6) 1 mg; Nicotinamide (B3) 15 mg; Dexpanthenol (B5) 4.5 mg.
